Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Gator.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>Sample Products:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"-mt-1 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Customers have a 7-day return period from the date of receiving the sample product. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">To qualify for a return, the sample product must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and materials.<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Refunds will be issued only after a quality check of the returned product has been completed.
