Dinner with Coach Butler

On Thursday, May 30, 2013 six BCC members spent a special evening with Coach Butler at her home. The six members were winners of our Silent Auction this year. They raised $1000 for the privilege of dining with Coach.

By all accounts, the food was delicious. The menu was as follows:

Chive Crusted Flounder with Mango Salsa (on the side)

Chimichuri Steak Medallions

Wild Rice Pilaf

Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary

Salad of Mixed Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette

French Bread with Butter

Sour Cream Pound Cake with Strawberries
